Blu is the pseudonym of an Italian artist who conceals his real identity. He lives in Bologna and has been active in street art since 1999.
Outcasting: Fourth Wall (O:4W) is the first artists’ moving image festival for Cardiff, Wales. The festival will commission new site specific work and have regular screenings around the city.
O:4W is funded by the Arts Council of Wales Festival Fund and Cardiff Contemporary.
