There are also screenings happening on the brand new front of house displays in the Wales Millenium Centre featuring the work of Kim Joon, Emily Martinez, James Moore, Simón Pacheco & Richard Powell throughout the festival.
Outcasting: Fourth Wall (O:4W) is the first artists’ moving image festival for Cardiff, Wales. The festival will commission new site specific work and have regular screenings around the city.
O:4W is funded by the Arts Council of Wales Festival Fund and Cardiff Contemporary.
