O:4W’s Project Team seeks enthusiastic and confident volunteers to assist with the preparation and invigilation of public screenings and events (including the O:4W Seminar), and to welcome artists and audiences.
You’ll need to be prepared to work flexibly during October and November. O:4W can offer travel expenses and lunch for all volunteers as well as a ticket for the festival’s celebratory closing party.

Outcasting: Fourth Wall (O:4W) is the first artists’ moving image festival for Cardiff, Wales. The festival will commission new site specific work and have regular screenings around the city.
O:4W is funded by the Arts Council of Wales Festival Fund and Cardiff Contemporary.
