Michael is a digital and moving image artist based in Cardiff.
He is the Founder and curator of Outcasting an online moving image gallery and Curator / Co-Director of the O:4W Film Festival. He is also an Artist Member of the Contemporary Art Society, London and former co-curator at g39, Cardiff.
Emma was once an artist, then an arts administrator and now is also an arts journalist. She was Senior Visual Arts Officer for the Arts Council of Wales (2002 – 2009), and during that time the germ of O;4W was born through conversations with Michael Cousin. She is currently editor of Culture Colony Quarterly magazine (CCQ) and writes for a number of arts publications and organisations as well as managing a number of public art projects. Underlying these disparate activities is the desire to create new platforms and opportunities for artists.
Jess might best describe herself as a freelance ‘arts person’ – sometimes curator, project coordinator, marketer, with artistic aspirations. Recent projects include an MA curatorial practice, learning and outreach support for Artes Mundi, TestBed 2013-14 at Oriel Davies Gallery and invigilating Cymru yn Fenis / Wales in Venice 2013.
